My name is Coach Kay and I am the owner and founder of The Coaching Pyramid Company. I hold an ITOL Diploma in Coaching Excellence and a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Sciences with an emphasis on Pharmacology, Physiology & Nutrition and Diet Therapy. I am also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and an Associate Member of The Association for Coaching® (AMAC).
The Coaching Pyramid provides personal growth and performance coaching services to private clients and small business owners and as a practicing coach as well as being The Coaching Pyramid Company's M.D, I help clients move towards what is important to them, assisting them in reaching a stage where they feel genuinely satisfied with their progress and the path that they are on in life, or in business.
Coaching success is very much about the coach’s approach, the resources they are able to call upon within the coaching session and the rapport and connection that they have with their clients. You will experience energy, enthusiasm and positivity during your coaching sessions with us!
My philosophy is that a professional coach should be sensitive to clients' needs and have a relaxed and friendly approach, but should also help clients to challenge and stretch themselves. It is your coach's job to help you get what you want from life and this requires genuine input and dedication from both parties. It is these qualities that keep coaching sessions focused but enjoyable!
